SEETHAMMA ANDALU RAMAYYA

Story:

Seethamma Andalu Ramayya Chitralu is the story of Sriram (Raj Tharun) from Ramapuram who has no responsibilities and stalls completing Intermediate. He falls in love with Seetha (Arthana) during his childhood days and aspires of marrying her. She rejects him several times but Sriram never loses hope on winning his love. Things change slowly after which Seetha falls for Sriram realizing his true love. This is the time her father (Raja Ravindra) slams Sriram with a challenge to get married to Seetha. Analysis:

The first half of the film has been decent throughout. The entertainment between Sriram and his friends has been captured well and the locations have been completely apt. Some of the songs have been shot superb and all the songs have been melodious to listen. The movie has been predictable completely and some of the episodes get repeated which surprises the audienece. The first half of Seethamma Andalu Ramayya Chitralu has been decent on the whole.

The second half of Seethamma Andalu Ramayya Chitralu has a different story. The director passed time by completely deviating the major plot and at the much needed time, the interesting episodes have been narrated out in a huge hurry which kills the complete film. The plot has been quite outdated and the climax has been completely predictable. The second half of Seethamma Andalu Ramayya Chitralu ends up falling flat which makes Seethamma Andalu Ramayya Chitralu a debacle.

Performance:

Raj Tharun is now trending all over after he scored three back to back hits. He has done a commanding job with his performance as Sriram and he has been quite matured as an actor in this film. Arthana makes an impressive debut for sure and her expressions have been top notch. Shakalaka Shankar takes care of the entertainment and his comic timing along with the oneliners are the major highlights of the film. All the other actors have been decent with their assignments.

The story of the film has been completely outdated and old fashioned. The screenplay and the dialogues have not been taken enough care which are the reasons for the film’s debacle. The music has been decent and the songs have been shot in beautiful locales of the coutry. The cinematography has been decent and colorful that it elevated the film well. The production values have been decent. The director failed to come out with the engaging plot and interesting narration.
