Analysis:
The first half of the Garam starts on an interesting note and the narration has been decent. After building up a decent atmosphere all over, the director failed to narrate the movie in an interesting way. The film lacked interest and gripping narration. The most important episodes lacked interest and on the whole the first half of Garam has been just ok.
The second half of Garam dips badly throughout. Some of the emotional episodes have been shot well but the major plot has been left unfolded and the movie has been dragged much. The heroine wears a burkha throughout the film which will sure irritate the audience. The songs in the second half have been shot well. The climax has been just ok and the second half fails badly in all the ways in impressing the audience.
Performance:
Aadi has done a decent job with his performance in the Garam movie. He has been energetic and electrifying throughout the film. He excelled with his dance movements. Adah Sharma has been rarely seen in the movie as she wore burkha throughout the film. Naresh did a decent job during the emotional episodes. Thanikella Bharani has been ok with his performance and Shakalaka Shankar, Madhu carried over the entertainment. All the other actors have been good with their assignments.
The story of the Garam has been thin and is outdated. The screenplay lacks pace and racy narration. The dialogues have been just ok and many of the episodes have been old fashioned. The music and the background score have just been ok and the production values have been good. The cinematography and the editing are just ok. Madan tried to impress the audience but it is his old fashioned narration that killed the film completely.
